About the Role
As an Allpress Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining our customer’s espresso equipment for our customers across New Zealand. We exclusively work with La Marzocco machines, so experience with these machineries would be highly advantageous.
This role is about much more than technical expertise. You will spend a significant amount of time travelling independently, so you'll need to be adaptable, confident working autonomously, and comfortable solving problems on the go.
This role involves regular travel throughout New Zealand, primarily within the South Island, as well as participation in a shared roster for scheduled weekend work and on-call support.
About You
Ideally, you'll have experience repairing and servicing coffee equipment. However, we're also open to training the right person. You may be a barista with a strong technical mindset, someone who enjoys working with tools, or someone who simply loves understanding how things work and solving problems. We'd love to find someone based in Queenstown, but we're equally keen to connect with candidates from across the wider Central Otago region.
You'll bring:
• A customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivation and initiative
