Job Purpose The Head of Digitalisation drives the strategic adoption of property technology (PropTech), Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Building Information Modeling (BIM) across the property management portfolio. The role bridges traditional building operations and IT, aiming to boost operational efficiency, elevate tenant experiences, and meet corporate sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Digital Strategy & Transformation Execute digital strategies and detailed project plans to transition legacy property operations into smart building ecosystems. Oversee the deployment of PropTech enterprise solutions, including tenant mobile apps, automated facility booking, cloud-based ERP systems, and AI-driven control rooms. Integrate AI, IoT sensors, and BIM data to automate building maintenance, energy monitoring, and security workflows. </li> <li>Project & Vendor Management Manage full-lifecycle implementations of digital projects, from gathering user requirements and system design to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout. Coordinate and negotiate with third-party software vendors, IT integrators, and AIoT hardware contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality solutions. Monitor project milestones, timelines, and budgets, mitigating risks and resolving technical bottlenecks </li> <li>Change Management & Operations Act as the primary liaison between corporate IT, technology vendors, and on-site frontline property management staff. Develop training manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and conduct capability-building workshops so operations teams adopt new systems effectively.
