This position reports to the Finance Manager, Subsea Projects in Houston, TX.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><p>Define administrative, accounting, and tax structure of the project up to $1B USD</p> <p>- Supervises the contractual terms of the project (deliveries, financial terms, etc)</p> <p>- Project financial management during project execution</p> <p>- Project forecasts (revenue/gross margin), working closely with providers if needed</p> <p>- Facilitation of EAC (estimate at completion) review and management</p> <p>- Monitors project invoicing</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You are meant for this job if:</H2> </div><div><p>- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or equivalent years of work experience</p> <p>- Minimum of 4+ years experience in Finance or Financial Controlling within an ERP system</p> <p>- Strong understanding of Accounting and Financial principles, including US GAAP and IFRS</p> <p>- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts</p> <p>- Advanced PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products</p> <p>- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system</p> <p>- Experience working with cross-functional teams and contributing to team performance</p> <p>- Solid ability to work independently and solve complex, non-recurring problems</p> <p>- Detail oriented with strong trouble-shooting skills</p> <p>- Disciplined with the ability to meet strict deadlines</p> <p>- Effective communication skills both written and verbal</p> <p><span>Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without restriction.
