What you'll do: This is a rare chance to build and lead the enterprise Business Systems function at a company reinventing how batteries are made. As Sr. Director, you will own the strategy and architecture for ERP, procurement, PLM, HR, MES, QMS, Contract Management, CRM, and adjacent platforms — and build the team that runs them. You will partner across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, legal, People and Culture, operations, Training, and engineering to modernize our systems landscape, drive deep systems integration, Compensation & Benefits: Expected salary range for this role is from $226,900 to $317,700, and a final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience and educational background.
