Job Purpose The Digital/SEO/SEA & AI Specialist - EU is responsible for online channel activation, optimizing operational excellence, customer facing experience, marketing activation and cross functional alignment, on a global scale. This role ensures that Dana’s products and solutions are visible across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms - driving scalable digital growth. Job Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic visibility and rankings • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities • Create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content aligned with search intent and brand voice. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) and provide actionable insights. • Collaborate with developers and marketers to improve technical SEO, site performance, and user experience. • Implement automation and AI-driven processes to increase efficiency and scalability • Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI developments, ensuring compliance and best practices • Conduct keyword, trend, and competitor analysis Education and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, digital marketing, computer science, or related field or equivalent work experience • 3-5+ years’ experience in project management in a manufacturing distribution environment • Proven experience in SEO/SEA and digital marketing (tools such as: Google Analytics) • Experience with SAP, eCommerce ops excellence, customer facing marketing and Microsoft products • Hands-on experience with AI tools and marketing technologies • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Fluent in (speaking and writing): o Mandatory: English o Preferable: German or additional language skills within the EMEA region are a plus Skills and Competencies • Understanding of complicated technical products and aftermarket knowledge • Excellent written and verbal skills • Excellent analytical skills • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and think forward • Able to effectively interface with other disciplines in the organization to achieve result • Demonstrated ability to drive results • Strong team collaboration skills in a global, remote environment, with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset
