Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care.</span></p> <p> </p><p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the <strong>Marketing Europe</strong> Department, based in <strong>Milan</strong>, and will support the team in the following activities:</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Retail Events Planning & Coordination</strong></span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Support the planning and execution of retail events across Europe, including VIC events, clienteling activations, product launches and in-store experiences;</span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Assist in the preparation of event briefs, presentations, timelines and operational documents to ensure smooth project execution;</span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Support the coordination of the European retail events calendar, ensuring alignment across markets and functions.</span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"> </div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Event Execution & Operational Support</strong></span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Assist in the end-to-end organization of retail events, including venue coordination, guest management, logistics, suppliers and event materials;</span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Support communication and follow-up with internal stakeholders, local teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution;</span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Contribute to the preparation of post-event reports, recap presentations and performance tracking documents.</span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"> </div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Client Engagement & Event Performance</strong></span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Support the Client Engagement team in activities related to invitations, guest lists and event attendance monitoring;</span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Assist in collecting and analyzing event results, including client engagement, attendance and other key performance indicators;</span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Support competitive analysis and research on luxury event trends, client experience initiatives and best practices within the industry.</span></div> <div> <div style="text-align:justify"> </div> <div style="text-align:justify"> </div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Finance and Marketing Budget Coordination</strong></span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Collaborate closely with the Europe Finance team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of external vendor invoicing, maintaining daily visibility on payment status and budget utilization.
