<p>• Roster 8:6 FIFO from Perth<br>• Join Gold Fields at one of Australia’s largest and lowest cost gold mines<br>• Bring your shutdown planning expertise to a key role in the Maintenance Team </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Details:</strong><br>Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will manage all mechanical maintenance shutdown activities across site processing infrastructure. Your focus is to meet operational needs in line with Gold Fields&apos; standards, ensuring strict adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks including safe work practices. </p> <p>This role is offered on 8 days on 6 days off roster and is Fly in Fly out from Perth.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Benefits Include:</strong><br>• 6% Site Allowance &amp; Private Health Insurance Allowance<br>• Quarterly Bonus Scheme <br>• Salary sacrifice options.<br>• Increased annual leave entitlements.<br>• Employee referral program - $10,000 per successful referral!<br>• Employee Assistance Program<br>• Long service leave pro rata after 5 years of continuous service.<br>• Educational assistance</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong><br>• Coordinate and oversee shutdown preparation and implementation, including resource allocation and availability, schedule management, progress monitoring and corrective actions to ensure safe and efficient execution of shutdown activities.<br>• Drive exemplary safety practices through proactive team engagement and rigorous incident management.<br>• Maintain strict compliance with workplace health and safety, mining regulations and other regulatory obligations.<br>• Ensure accuracy of data to support planning, engineering, maintenance, and operational decisions between shutdowns<br>• Collaborate with maintenance personnel at all levels to ensure shutdown activities are well planned, resourced <br>• Implement continuous improvement programs to mechanical systems to ensure plant reliability and workplace safety.</p> <p><strong>About you: </strong><br>• Recognised Trade Qualification with prior experience in a leadership position within a fixed plant maintenance environment, including vendor management, performance development and contractor management. <br>• Exposure to maintenance planning or asset management fundamentals.<br>• Ability to work in a team environment and develop a planned maintenance culture <br>• Experience in using SAP, INX, Excel programs and exposure in ICAM investigation practises <br>• Demonstration of working in a proactive planned maintenance environment with a drive for Reliability Centred Maintenance <br>• Valid driver’s licence<br>• Statutory 26 Supervisors Certification,</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About Gold Fields</strong><br>At Gold Fields, we believe great leadership is grounded in empathy, respect, and growth.
