firm and in-house experience with a multinational or publicly traded company.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Demonstrated experience advising sustainability, ESG, environmental, regulatory, or supply chain-related legal matters.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience supporting ESG reporting, public company sustainability disclosures, and risk management processes.</li> <li
