Role Purpose: Global Rewards Sr. Manager will be responsible for managing and co-ordination of the global reward cycle (bonus and salary review) driving timely and accurate delivery and excellent employee engagement. The role will be contributing to reward strategy & policy development for Coats Group and acts as is an internal consultant to drive Rewards & Remuneration within the Division/Region. What you will do (Key Responsibilities): <ul> <li>Manage the full annual reward cycle and off cycle reviews for the full division/region with the support from country reward colleagues to ensure salary proposals, changes, promotions are aligned.</li> <li>Conduct the job evaluation based on the Mercer methodology. </li> <li>Drive projects including but not limited to divisional harmonization of rewards policies, benchmarking, job architecture.</li> <li>Providing high quality advice and support to HR and management within the division to deliver high quality reward products aligned to the global reward strategy.</li> <li>Act as the functional leader for reward within the division/region and guiding and developing the team members across sub regions and markets.</li> <li>Perform compensation-related M&A or organization change work as necessary – due diligence, retention, integration, etc.</li> <li>End to end global mobility support across the Group – including benefits renewals, drafting of assignment contracts & liaising with advisers as needed.</li> <li>Supporting with the day to day operations of employee share schemes.</li> </ul> Who you are (Requirements): <ul> <li>Works comfortably in an international diverse culture/environment.</li> <li>Working experience in international assignment & mobility management.</li> <li>Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.</li> <li>Strategic and yet meticulous with ability for attending to details.</li> <li>Organization skills, proficient with needs analysis, design, delivery and post implementation review.</li> <li>Can-do attitude, driven, and able to perform under pressure.</li> <li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> </ul> What will set you apart (Nice to Have): <ul> <li>Post Graduate in Human Resources Management or related degree with managerial experience.</li> <li>At least 10 years of experience in Rewards & Remuneration with at least the last 5 years leading a regional or global role.</li> <li>Key user capability for success factors, or similar HRIS.</li> <li>Able to use Excel/Power BI to create engaging reports and presentations.</li> </ul> At Coats Group, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and fostering a diverse and collaborative environment where every team member can thrive.
