As we continue to grow, we’re looking for early-career Engineers to join our team, with the role available for an immediate start to grow alongside experienced engineers at the forefront of MedTech. This is an opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment, working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. You’ll play a key role in innovative projects, helping bring ideas to life from initial concepts through to real-world implementation, while gaining exposure to best practices in medical device design and development. We’re looking for someone who is curious, hands-on, and enjoys solving real-world problems. You’ll thrive if you’re motivated to learn, open to feedback, and excited about building both your technical capability and your career. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborating with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams (e.g. R&D, manufacturing, quality) Supporting the design and development of innovative medical devices Creating and testing prototypes, and contributing to iterative design improvements Assisting with product validation, documentation, and design reviews Contributing to projects from early-stage concepts through to release Learning and applying quality and regulatory standards in a healthcare environment About You 0–3 years’ experience in a relevant engineering role Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn from others Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively A proactive attitude with a desire to take ownership and grow Skills & Experience (Exposure to any of the below is beneficial): Product development processes Prototype design and hands-on building Manufacturing methods (e.g. injection moulding) Product testing and technical documentation Basic project coordination or planning Awareness of medical device standards or regulated environments (not essential) Why Join Us?
