Duties may include entering the baggage system to free baggage jams and to maintain the cleanliness of the immediate work area and bag room as required. Attendants are responsible for the operation of the belt system. Must ensure proper spacing of bags and monitor the buildup of bags on the carousels. Must ensure that the bags are aligned as required and/or immediately clear any resulting jams. Attendants are responsible for the manual movement of baggage in the event of a system outage.
