Join the team We're looking for a Workforce Optimisation Lead to join our Customer & Team Member Experience team and help drive productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement across Kmart's store network. Using data, analysis and scenario modelling, you'll identify opportunities to improve workforce performance and help ensure our stores are set up to deliver great outcomes for both customers and team members.
