You’ll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive excellence and help shape the future of electrification</div> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt"> </span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <div>Own the <strong>functional testing process</strong> for MV products and automated test equipment, including testing of new products and repaired units to ensure performance and quality standards are met.</div> </li> <li> <div>Update, modify, and maintain <strong>test hardware and software</strong>, supporting reliable and efficient production testing environments.</div> </li> <li> <div>Analyze defects, scrap, and product failures, perform <strong>root cause analysis</strong>, and use data-driven insights to improve product quality and manufacturing performance.</div> </li> <li> <div>Create and maintain quality records, process documentation, and customer shipment documentation while supporting compliance with relevant quality standards.</div> </li> <li> <div>Partner with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams by participating in design reviews, evaluating nonconforming materials, and providing technical support to resolve quality and test challenges.</div> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><div> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Electrical Engineering</strong> or equivalent practical experience, with experience in a manufacturing <strong>test and/or quality</strong> environment preferred.</li> <li>Solid experience with <strong>National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand</strong>, along with hands-on use of data acquisition systems, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and related test equipment.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools such as <strong>PPAP, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, DOE, Kaizen, and change management</strong>, with a working knowledge of <strong>ISO 9001</strong> standards.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret <strong>electrical schematics</strong> and mechanical drawings, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li> <li>Strong communication and computer skills; experience with <strong>AC drives</strong> is highly desirable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
