<p><strong>About the role:</strong><br>EY Bulgaria is looking for <strong>Junior Consultants</strong> to join our consulting team. As a Junior Business Consultant at EY, you will work with leading organizations to solve complex business challenges, improve operations, and support transformation initiatives. If you are a person with a positive attitude, have good analytical skills and<br>are eager to learn and improve your knowledge and performance, EY is the place<br>where you will be able to realize your full potential.<br><br><strong>As a Consultant in EY you will be expected to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support business transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence projects.</li> <li>Conduct data analysis, research, and benchmarking activities.</li> <li>Participate in client workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.</li> <li>Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for clients.</li> <li>Work in multidisciplinary teams across industries and business functions.</li> <li>Develop consulting, analytical, and project management skills through real client engagements.</li> <li>Assist in collecting project data, establish relevant facts and draw valid<br>conclusions</li> <li>Prepare project reports including status reports, tracking and analysis of<br>financial and non- financial data</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>To become a Junior Consultant you should have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Academic education in the field of: Finance, Economics, Accounting,<br>Business administration</li> <li>Have advanced knowledge of MS Office.
