Within our <strong>Quant &amp; Analytics</strong> team you&apos;ll get hands-on exposure to a broad range of quantitative risk management challenges, working with high-profile domestic and international clients across every area of financial risk. Wherever your strengths and interests lie, we&apos;ll help you find projects that make the experience genuinely rewarding.Projects you could contribute to:</span></p> <ul> <li><span><strong>Support advisory and regulatory audit engagements</strong> with leading financial institutions by:</span> <ul> <li><span><strong>Building and reviewing quantitative models</strong> for market, credit, operational and fraud-related risk — running statistical and quantitative analyses to validate models, then presenting your results internally, to clients and to regulators through dedicated memos and presentations.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Supporting the audit of quantitative activities</strong>, including the independent review of clients&apos; internal models.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Valuing financial products and contracts</strong> — gaining a full view of the latest trends in structured products and derivatives, the valuation techniques behind them, and how they&apos;re applied across different client needs.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Analyzing clients&apos; risk management function and risk appetite</strong>, assessing how they meet market, credit, liquidity and operational risk regulatory requirements.</span></li> </ul> </li> <li><span><strong>Support non-financial risk engagements</strong> in sustainability and climate risk.</span></li> </ul> <p><span>A dedicated <strong>counselor</strong> will guide and support you throughout your internship.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we look for</strong></p> <ul> <li><span>You&apos;ve recently graduated, or are finishing, a <strong>Master&apos;s in a quantitative field</strong> — mathematics, physics, statistics, financial or computational engineering, econometrics, data science or similar.</span></li> <li><span>A genuine interest in <strong>financial risk management</strong> and/or in applying classical and modern quantitative techniques to solve real risk challenges.</span></li> <li><span>A sharp analytical mind and the ability to combine method, rigor and cross-disciplinary thinking.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Programming experience</strong> in Python, R, C# or VBA is an advantage — and exposure to <strong>machine learning</strong> is a welcome plus, though neither is a requirement. If you&apos;re still building these skills, your motivation to learn matters just as much.Curiosity about innovation and emerging trends (<strong>AI, ML, LLMs</strong>) in banking and insurance; an interest in sustainability is a plus.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Excellent written and spoken English is required.
