Gemeinsam entwickeln wir technologische Grundsätze, zukunftsfähige Asset-Strategien und strategische Konzepte und Visionen weiter. Meine Aufgaben: <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Eigenverantwortliche fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter*innen und deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung im Fachgebiet Leittechnik,</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Gestaltung der Organisation, Administration und der Prozesse für das Fachgebiet,</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Visionserstellung der leittechnischen Anlagen für das virtuelle Umspannwerk im Zusammenspiel mit den anderen Assests,</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Strategische, technische und organisatorische Ausrichtung des Fachgebietes innerhalb von 50Hertz mit systemorientierter Steuerung der Leittechnik und deren Komponenten,</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Aktive Koordinierung und Steuerung in einer transparenten Entscheidungsrolle für die Leittechnik in Abstimmung mit den relevanten Stakeholdern (z. B.
