As a Staff 2 in our SAP practice, you will participate in the Consultant Development Program (CDP), a two-year program designed to build technical competency, consulting fundamentals, and project delivery experience. You will engage with business stakeholders to understand operating models, processes, and needs—then collaborate with delivery teams to build, test, and validate solutions. You’ll help translate business requirements into system functionality, support technology implementations, and assess how effectively those solutions meet client needs. Your key responsibilities As a Staff 2, you will focus on delivery execution and cross-team collaboration. You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams, supporting both functional and technical activities to help ensure business objectives are met. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $76,600 to $126,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $91,800 to $143,400.
