We take responsibility for end–to–end project lifecycle essential for project delivery. We manage project financial analysis, tracking and reporting, project communication, compliance & governance activities across all Field of Play. This role offers first-hand experience of project management on a wide spectrum of services leading to skill enhancement and long-term career growth in consulting. It affords an opportunity to lead and manage as well as develop talent, contributing to success and growth of the organization. Your key role and responsibilities Project Delivery <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform project management activities to include: <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Financial management, pricing scenario modelling</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Budget v/s spend tracking, Invoicing</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Work with solution architect on WBS, project planning using tools like Excel or MS Projects,</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collection and tracking status of deliverables</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Set up/structure instances of PM tools and manage development lifecycle</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Create PMO playbooks, phase gate templates, other trackers</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Reporting and preparing intuitive dashboards for client team including senior co-ordination, supervision, work allocation and compliance</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Source and share feedback with team members, contribute to mid-year/annual appraisal cycles</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Expand CSS integration across member firms through building networks and developing new services</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Involve in people initiatives including recruiting and training professionals and act as a role model</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead and collaborate on team and consulting level initiatives</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Quality control, review of the team's work, and ensuring overall adherence to SLAs and KPIs</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support quality and risk management needs across consulting practices (InfoSec, Data Privacy etc.)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">To facilitate transition of new work from project initiation to 'business as usual' and focus on continuous improvement/efficiency gains</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Be insightful about the Consulting Fields of Plays and utilize that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Flexible to work Onsite/work from office needed (hybrid)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Flexible to work with helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Any Graduate/Post-graduate, preferably B.Com/BBA/Economics/B.Tech or master’s degree</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Good to have CSM/PSM, CAPM/Prince2/PMP, Project Management Fundamentals or Six sigma certification</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Previous relevant Industry or project management experience- ideally at least 8+ years with 1-2 years’ experience in mid-level management role</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft suit (Excel, power point presentation etc.)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong presentation skills, ability to analyse data, draw business inference and summaries</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Must have skills Power BI, Power apps, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience with JIRA/Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello etc.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience of Agile project management, understanding of Product backlog, EPIC &
