Offer consistent and constructive feedback and tips to help the new hire understand the operations. </span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Create a supportive learning space that encourages questions and fosters a positive attitude toward continuous learning and adaptability.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Ensure floor readiness by tracking progress of each hire using the DOJO evaluation tools.
