The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in business transformation, process excellence, enterprise architecture, operating model optimization, and technology-driven innovation, while helping clients realize measurable business value.</p> <hr> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory</h3> <ul> <li>Guide clients through complex business and technology challenges by leveraging specialized expertise in Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Transformation.</li> <li>Recommend strategic solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives, transformation agendas, and growth ambitions.</li> <li>Apply a forward-looking, industry-oriented perspective to shape and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.</li> <li>Lead executive-level conversations, workshops, and decision-making sessions with C-suite and senior business leaders.</li> <li>Advise clients on industry trends, leading practices, emerging business models, and transformation opportunities.</li> <li>Provide valuable insights on disruptive technologies, digital innovation, and their potential impact on business strategy and operating models.</li> </ul> <h3>SAP Signavio BPM Leadership</h3> <ul> <li>Lead BPM consulting engagements leveraging the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.</li> <li>Drive business process discovery, process modeling, process mining, process governance, and process optimization initiatives.</li> <li>Help clients establish process-centric transformation frameworks that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and business performance.</li> <li>Support SAP S/4HANA and enterprise transformation programs through process-led methodologies.</li> <li>Define BPM governance structures, process architectures, and continuous improvement frameworks.</li> </ul> <h3>SAP LeanIX APRM & Enterprise Architecture Leadership</h3> <ul> <li>Lead Application Portfolio Rationalization and Enterprise Architecture transformation initiatives using SAP LeanIX.</li> <li>Develop business capability models, application landscapes, target-state architectures, and technology transformation roadmaps.</li> <li>Advise clients on application portfolio optimization, cloud transformation, technical debt reduction, and IT modernization initiatives.</li> <li>Enable architecture governance, portfolio transparency, and strategic technology investment decisions.</li> <li>Support clients in aligning business strategy with technology strategy through effective architecture management practices.</li> </ul> <h3>Transformation Delivery & Program Leadership</h3> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end transformation programs from strategy development through execution and value realization.</li> <li>Provide strategic direction throughout consulting engagements to ensure successful delivery and superior client outcomes.</li> <li>Make informed and confident decisions based on detailed business, operational, and financial analysis.</li> <li>Utilize financial models, business cases, and ROI assessments to secure stakeholder alignment and support for transformation initiatives.</li> <li>Ensure program governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across engagements.</li> </ul> <h3>Business Development & Practice Growth</h3> <ul> <li>Promote YASH's consulting services and capabilities across existing and prospective client accounts.</li> <li>Identify and develop new consulting opportunities around SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, Business Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, and Process Excellence.</li> <li>Generate innovative ideas and convert them into commercially viable client solutions and growth opportunities.</li> <li>Collaborate with sales, account management, solutioning, and alliance teams to drive pipeline development and revenue growth.</li> <li>Contribute to thought leadership, industry positioning, solution development, and go-to-market initiatives.</li> </ul> <h3>Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building</h3> <ul> <li>Establish credibility and trusted advisor status with executives and key decision-makers.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive long-term partnerships and sustained business growth.</li> <li>Influence stakeholders at all organizational levels through effective communication and consulting expertise.</li> <li>Develop strong internal and external networks to support client success and organizational objectives.</li> <li>Adopt a global and collaborative organization's BPM, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Transformation consulting capabilities.</li> <li>Actively contribute to talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and retention the consulting organization.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Required Qualifications</h2> <h3>Education</h3> <ul> <li>MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification with Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field</li> </ul> <h3>Experience</h3> <ul> <li>10–15+ years of consulting experience in Business Transformation, Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, or Technology Advisory.</li> <li>Proven experience leading consulting engagements and transformation programs for enterprise clients.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working with senior executive stakeholders and business decision-makers.</li> <li>Experience in developing consulting offerings, driving business growth, and leading
