We’re growing and investing in what’s ahead. There’s now an opportunity for an experienced Underground Nippers, who wants to be part of a team that’s building momentum. This role is for a capable operator who takes pride in working safely and efficiently underground and wants to contribute to the success of our Development and Production teams. Based at our Mungari Operations and reporting to the Underground Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting both Development and Production activities. As an Nipper, your day-to-day will include: <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Supporting underground development and production crews with materials handling and mine services activities </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Transporting personnel, tools, equipment and consumables throughout the underground operation </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Assisting with vent bag installation, service extensions and general underground support tasks </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the underground environment </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Conducting pre-start inspections and ensuring equipment is operated safely and efficiently </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Proactively identifying and managing potential safety hazards </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Working collaboratively with operators, charge-up crews and other underground personnel to achieve production targets</li> </ul> Why Mungari Operations?
