This role is designed to support the day-to-day analytical needs of the Finance Manager, ensuring accurate, consistent, timely financial information and reporting to support effective management decisions. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Consolidate, analyze, and validate monthly financial results, including revenues, controllable expenses, net income drivers, and KPIs. </li> <li>Assist in the preparation of variance analyses versus prior year, budget, and forecast, identifying trends, risks, and follow-up items. </li> <li>Develop and maintain recurring reports, performance trackers, and analytical files used for ongoing management review. </li> <li>Support the annual budget and periodic forecast processes by compiling data, validating assumptions, and maintaining supporting analyses. </li> <li>Perform recurring and ad hoc analyses related to profitability, expenses, revenues, portfolios, deposits, fees, and incentives. </li> <li>Analyze historical data and trends to identify performance gaps, efficiency opportunities, and improvement actions. </li> <li>Support the maintenance and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and Excel-based analytical tools, ensuring data quality and consistency. </li> <li>Consolidate information from multiple sources and perform data validations and reconciliations. </li> <li>Collaborate with Finance and business partners to gather information, validate results, and support the ongoing analytical needs of the Finance Manager. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <p style="text-align:justify">This Job has no supervisory responsibilities but in special circumstances may lead the work of others.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Education</b></H2> </div><div><p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferably.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Experience</b></H2> </div><div><p>At least two (2) years of experience handling financial information/reports/analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or business analysis. </p> <p>Experience supporting reporting, financial consolidation, or analytical processes preferred. </p> <p>Exposure to business financial reporting, or financial services is a plus. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Other Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Strong sense of accountability, confidentiality, and ethical standards. </li> <li>Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets. </li> <li>Ability to explain financial information in a clear and structured manner. </li> <li>Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage recurring responsibilities. </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work closely with a manager and support analytical deliverables end to end. </li> <li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. </li> <li>Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Excel (financial analysis, pivot tables).</li> <li>Familiarity with financial systems, reporting tools, or analytical platforms (ie.
