Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution. Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products. Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary. May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. GLP, GMP, ISO, Six Sigma). </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Required Experience and Skills</b></H2> </div><div><p>Internal: 3 years of experince on an engineering prosition (QA, QC, Process, Test. etc.) </p> <p>External: 5 years of experience as Quality Engineer, Process Engineer or similar</p> <p>General:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge ISO & IATF</li> <li>Core tools: SPC, MSA, PFMEA & Control Plan</li> <li>RC analysis: 3x5 Why's, 8D, Ishikawa</li> <li>Continous improvement: PDCA, Lean, 5S</li> <li>Soft skills: analytical, effective communication, leadership, adaptability, emotional intelligence & critical thinking </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Desired Experience and Skills</b></H2> </div><div><p>General:</p> <ul> <li>ANSI20.20, VDA 6.3 and 6.5</li> <li>Data analysis (Minitab or Jmp)</li> <li>Black belt</li> <li>Master degree in engineering</li> <li>Experience in semiconductor industry</li> <li>Experience on SMT and/or molding processes</li> </ul></div></div></div><p>Skyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer supporting diversity in the workplace. </p>
