How You'll Help Us Connect the World: Responsible for assembly or testing of fiber optic connector products according to production plans and work instructions. Perform daily work strictly in accordance with production process standards and operating procedures, ensuring quality and output targets are met. Carry out daily cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment, tools, and fixtures; promptly report any equipment or product abnormalities. Accurately complete production logs, quality inspection records, and related documentation in a timely manner. Comply with workshop discipline, safety production requirements, and management regulations. Maintain clean and orderly production areas, properly organize and sort materials, and keep workstations neat and well-organized. Required Qualifications for Consideration: Open to all genders, aged 18 and above . Junior high school education or above. In good physical condition, good eyesight, no bad habits affecting work. Able to work diligently, with a strong sense of responsibility, and possess basic hands-on skills and learning ability. Willing to comply with company management requirements and adapt to shift work arrangements. Able to strictly comply with company safety production and workshop management rules and regulations.
