The Adjuvant Tech will perform all tasks related to the manufacture of adjuvant products. Will learn and understand aseptic techniques associated with the manufacture of adjuvants as well as comply with all standard operating procedures and regulatory documents. Operate a variety of types of basic laboratory equipment. Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team environment. Perform all job-related functions in a safe manner. Demonstrate reliability in attendance. Minimum of one year experience in a laboratory/production environment. Experience with colloid milling and emulsions.</li> <li><strong>Reasoning Ability: </strong>The ability to troubleshoot problems.</li> <li><strong>Decision Making Responsibilities:</strong> Communicate questionable issues to supervisor. Follow directions either written or oral. Ability to identify process anomalies/errors.</li> <li><strong>Skills: </strong>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret in the English language. Basic math skills and ability to use metric system. Basic mechanical skills. Working knowledge of Windows based applications</li> <li><strong> </strong><strong>Physical Demands:</strong> Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height</li> <li><strong>Work Environment: </strong>Basic laboratory environment that requires the wearing of personal protective equipment. Ability to work in environment that requires the use of large pieces of equipment.
