In the position, you will be responsible for ensuring that the electrical team supports optimal and efficient operations all year round, including by performing preventive maintenance and performing Cl improvements, as well as repairs and troubleshooting. The position refers to the Engineering Manager. The position involves the management of our local electricians and programmers on day as well as shifts. A total of 7 competent and experienced employees with a high level of professionalism as a focal point. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in operational tasks in collaboration with the team as well as administrative tasks that comes with leading the team. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.
