Acts as a liaison in the coordination with other portfolio programs/projects across the organization to proactively address dependencies and potential blockers. Oversees all aspects of on-time & on-budget delivery execution in a release management model by managing project managers responsible for the projects within the program portfolio. This role requires demonstration of strong business and technical acumen and demonstrated ability to influence successful outcomes. The Program Manager will work effectively in partnership and collaborate with key leaders from the multiple MKC business functions, process teams, Organizational Readiness team, Systems integration and other 3rd party partners and program leadership, among others. serif">Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Required Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">10-12 years experience in the execution of complex cross functional global program/portfolio mgmt in multiple technologies business functions, and IT business experience required.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Experience in implementation of SAP heavily preferred</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Demonstrated ability to use experience and acumen to effectively influence and drive successful outcomes and results. </li> <li
