In particular, you will:</p> <ul> <li>organize and support selection processes for our Early Careers programs, while coordinating internal stakeholders, candidates, and external partners</li> <li>support candidate management throughout the entire recruiting process, from candidate communication and interview coordination to ensuring a positive candidate experience</li> <li>serve as a key point of contact for interns, working students, apprentices, and trainees, and support them throughout their program journey</li> <li>coordinate our school internship program, contribute to the development of Early Careers initiatives, and help optimize existing processes</li> <li>collaborate on projects, research market trends and best practices, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders</li> <li>support the organization of workshops, events, and other HR initiatives, and create presentations and communication materials</li> <li>take ownership of administrative tasks, including invoice verification, travel and expense management, and onboarding activities</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Preferred Profile</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Successfully completed commercial vocational training and initial experience in assistant, coordination, or service-oriented roles</li> <li>Ideally, first exposure to recruiting or other HR-related topics</li> <li>Experience in process optimization and supporting projects</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li> <li>Very good German and English language skills</li> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders</li> <li>A self-driven, structured, and reliable way of working combined with a strong service mindset</li> <li>Flexibility, a hands-on attitude, and enthusiasm for supporting a dynamic team</li> </ul> <p>If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Closure</b></H2> </div><div><p>Are you interested?
