<p>Join our dynamic Process Management and Quality team at BMW Financial Services, driving excellence in business analysis and project delivery.</p> <p><strong>What awaits you?</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Creating comprehensive analysis plans including scope, priorities, schedule, dependencies, and stakeholder identification.</li> <li>Independently conducting analytical workshops with business and technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Managing requirement changes within projects and moderating scope adjustments.</li> <li>Developing clear business, functional, and non-functional requirements (user stories with acceptance criteria).</li> <li>Maintaining detailed analytical documentation using Confluence and Jira.</li> <li>Presenting requirements effectively to technical teams (developers, testers, architects, system analysts).</li> <li>Presenting and explaining requirements to sponsors and senior management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What should you bring along?</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>University degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.</li> <li>Professional experience in business analysis, ideally within complex programs or integration/data-driven projects.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li> <li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical language and vice versa.</li> <li>Experience in process modeling and use of tools like Draw.io, Signavio, or UML (preferred).</li> <li>Basic skills in data handling (CSV, SQL queries).</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including moderating workshops.</li> <li>Proactive, system-thinking mindset with strong organizational skills.</li> </ul> <p><br>You enjoy working in an international, agile environment and are passionate about driving business success through analysis and collaboration?
