INHOUSE COLLECTION SPECIALIST BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES The Inhouse Collection Specialist serves as a key contributor within the Collections department, combining analytical decision-making with a customer-oriented and compliance-driven approach. In this role, you will be the responsible for optimizing collection strategies, and strengthening customer engagement through proactive communication and negotiation. The position plays a critical role in balancing risk mitigation with customer retention, ensuring that collection activities align with organizational policies, operational efficiency goals, and long-term financial sustainability. WHAT AWAITS YOU? <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Segment collection's portfolio and customer portfolio related with their payment behavior.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Develop, manage and supervise inhouse collection activities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Design and automate reports.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Provide stadistical information in relation with contact made.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Give proper follow up to customer in collections.</li> </ul> WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG? <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;text-align:justify;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;text-align:justify;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">2 years of experience in Financial Services Industry.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;text-align:justify;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Knowledge on Financial Services (consumer protection, compliance regulation).</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;text-align:justify;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Proficiency on data base management and use of Excel and Microsoft Office in general.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;text-align:justify;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Excellent communication skills oral and written.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;text-align:justify;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Intermediate english.</li> </ul> At the BMW Group, we place great importance on equal treatment and equal opportunities.
