Supporting the GM through driving performance and operational excellence whilst delivering the highest standards of customer service. You will achieve this purpose by acting as a key support to the GM, monitoring performance and gaining assurance from teams adhere to company procedures and guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, collating, analysing and producing key reports, ensuring compliance with business controls (cash, debt management, stock management), transport/driving standards & O Licence undertakings, Health & Safety reporting & investigations, recruitment, training and adherence with HR related policies. Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas.
