<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul><li>Evaluate system architectures to select the best alternative to meet stakeholder and system requirements.</li><li>Development and management of system requirements based on the stakeholder requirements.</li><li>Development of a technical solution which meets the requirements and complies with the state-of-the-art based on domain standards (incl. analyses, evaluation and mitigation of design risks).</li><li>Exchange of development-related information and collaboration with internal/external development partners for system elements (e.g. E/E, software, sub-systems, components), with production (e.g. special characteristics or producibility aspects), with customers regarding system aspects, with verification and validation at the system level or with other relevant functions.</li><li>Apply given system development processes.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul><li>Graduate Degree in Software Engineering, Natural Science, Computer Science</li><li>3 to 5 years</li></ul></div></div></div><p>Responsibilities: <br>Responsible for the mechatronic system development of actuator products, covering BLDC motors, <br>PCBA hardware, control software, and system integration. <br> Participate in requirements analysis and translate customer needs into system-level and module<br>level technical requirements. <br> Define the overall technical concept for the actuator, including motor selection, drive architecture, <br>control strategy, and interface definition. <br>Work with the hardware team on PCBA schematic reviews, key component selection, board-level de<br>bugging, and issue analysis. <br>Work with the software team on the development and validation of control algorithms, communica<br>tion protocols, fault diagnostics, and functional safety-related logic. <br> Define, optimize, and analyze BLDC motor parameters, performance, efficiency, and thermal behav<br>ior. <br>Analyze and resolve issues related to motor, electronics, software, and system integration during de<br>velopment. <br> Support supplier technical communication and management, including follow-up on purchased <br>parts, samples, and technical documentation. <br>Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including requirement specifications, design docu<br>ments, test reports, issue logs, and validation records. <br> Support technical issue handling and continuous improvement during product industrialization and <br>mass production phases. <br>Qualifications: <br>Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electron<br>ics, Mechatronics, or a related field. <br> At least 7 years of experience in actuator development, motor control, mechatronic systems, or re<br>lated product development; experience with BLDC motor or electronic control development is pre<br>ferred. <br>Strong knowledge of BLDC motor principles, drive/control methods, PCBA development processes, <br>and embedded software fundamentals. <br>Strong mechatronic system integration capability, with understanding of interfaces and interactions <br>between hardware, software, and mechanical structures. <br>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive technical issue <br>resolution and corrective actions. <br> Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams <br>and suppliers. <br> Familiarity with common development and analysis tools is preferred, such as MATLAB/Simulink, CA<br>Noe, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters. <br>Good written and spoken English skills, with the ability to read technical documents and participate in <br>international collaboration preferred.</p>
