The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.<br><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Provides Test Handling consultation, guidance and work direction to colleagues and management and uses judgment to influence within and across functions to drive impact on the business/ function.</li> <li>Quickly develop strong understanding of immediate area of responsibility by actively participating in the multi-disciplinary area team, generate ideas, recommendations that improve results and incorporate new learnings and contribute to continuous improvement.</li> <li>Support high complex New Product Introductions by delivering assigned Process and Equipment solutions meeting or exceeding quality and timeline targets.</li> <li>Supervising, coaching, managing and motivating department members on a day-to-day basis.</li> <li>Define department training matrix and the execution.</li> <li>Take few senior/ consultants role in site level, example: internal trainer, JIRA expert, Global Team Building Multiplier, etc.</li> <li>Assume Consultant/ Project Leader for supporting engineering or production on chronic issue and continuous improvement project.</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">What we look for</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>LuPing Zhu</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+86 (510) 8190 8315</strong>.</p>
