The candidate will act as deputy to the team lead during busy periods.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Be a Subject Matter Expert for S2P related topics, develop skills & knowledge of other junior S2P analysts <br>• Process of accounting and financial data in an accurate and timely manner within S2P area<br>• Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory requirements of the local markets<br>• Work with business stakeholders to resolve payment issues<br>• Execute and support coordination of S2P month end close activities<br>• Ensure strong working knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs), providing inputs to continuously improve performance benchmarks<br>• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.<br>• Develop understanding of the business, including main products, industry & supplier knowledge<br>• Build strong relationship with key stakeholders</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p>• 3+ years of relevant experience. <br>• Very good Understanding of S2P processes and associated technology platforms<br>• Experience with ERP system<br>• Experience and practical knowledge of MS office applications.<br>• Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred<br>• Very Good communication / Proficiency in English.<br>• Strong accounting background<br>• Strong organizational and analytical skills<br>• Open Mindset and adaptability <br>• Solid problem solving and detail oriented<br>• Continuous Improvement Mindset<br>• Strong written and oral communication skills <br> Power BI, Business Intelligence, Advance Excel, VBA and Macros</p> <p> Education : MBA & M.com</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
