Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.</p> <p class="paragraph" style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p class="paragraph" style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p>Assure and follow monthly and weekly MPS execution/accuracy respecting SQCD target<br>Supervise manufacturing activities in the shopfloor, which also includes: support on time closing of work orders in AOS/SES, Productive &amp; Nonproductive hours booked in AOS/SES analysis, Spent time versus Method time discrepancies analysis and proposal for improvement<br>Full APSYS deployment on the Shopfloors, SQCD performance, and tracking the associated KPI; Optimizations of workstations via application of APSYS Tools; Animation of corrective action issue (e.g. QRQC)<br>Propose and coordinate continuous improvement projects in the Shopfloors<br>Contribute on Mfg Skill Matrix update<br>Support EPU Manager on critical operational issue/blocking point<br>Support the finish products delivery interfacing all the necessary stakeholders<br>Facilitate communication between Manufacturing team and other functions<br>Responsible for the implementation and application of the corporate policies (ISO, EHS, Ethics and Compliance….)</p> <p>Salary Range 34.500 € - 45.900€​</p> <p>CCNL (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro) applied: Metalmeccanici Industria</p><p> </p> <p> </p> <p>You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
