You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless performance of Alstom products during their Product Introduction (PI) period. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Quality, RAMS, and Project Management), support troubleshooting activities, and contribute to technical reviews and documentation improvements. You’ll specifically take care of diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site, but also drive reliability growth and support field modifications.
