<p>Join DRÄXLMAIER and contribute to cutting-edge automotive projects for premium brands like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Porsche.</p> <p>As a <strong>Technical Product Management Engineer</strong> <strong>(TPM)</strong>, you will play a key role in transforming customer engineering designs into production-ready documentations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and gradually take ownership of technical tasks in a dynamic international environment.</p> <p><strong>Onboarding </strong><strong>& Training Program (4-6 months) </strong>-<strong> </strong>We provide structured support to help you succeed:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Hands-on training with DRÄXLMAIER systems and tools (4 months)</li> <li>Introduction to OEM standards and real project workflows (2 months)</li> <li>Mentorship from experienced engineers</li> <li>Gradual integration into real projects</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Objective of the job:</strong></p> <p>After completing our onboarding & training program, you’ll take ownership of projects for premium automotive brands.
