The role is cloud-first, with VMware Cloud Foundation as the primary enterprise private cloud platform and exposure to public cloud integration, platform modernization and infrastructure automation.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Design and implement private cloud and hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions.</li> <li>Engineer and operate <strong>VMware Cloud Foundation environments</strong>, including <strong>ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, vSAN and </strong><strong>NSX</strong>.</li> <li>Integrate VMware platforms with Microsoft Azure and AWS services.</li> <li>Develop and support automation using PowerShell, PowerCLI and Ansible.</li> <li>Design and support Production and Disaster Recovery environments.</li> <li>Lead infrastructure refresh, modernization, migration, firmware and patching initiatives.</li> <li>Implement and support <u>Commvault Backup</u> solutions.</li> <li>Manage enterprise server, storage and virtualization platforms across Dell, HPE and related technologies.</li> <li>Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and major incident resolution.</li> <li>Maintain engineering standards, documentation, security and compliance controls.</li> <li>Participate in the evaluation and adoption of emerging virtualization and cloud platforms.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Required Experience</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Minimum Requirement:</strong> 8 years enterprise infrastructure experience, with strong hands-on capability across hybrid cloud, <strong>VMware Cloud</strong> <strong>Foundation</strong>, <strong>enterprise hardware</strong>, <strong>storage and data centre engineering</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Experience Domain:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cloud & Hybrid Cloud: Microsoft Azure; Amazon Web Services (AWS); hybrid cloud integrations; cloud infrastructure operations; cloud migration and repatriation initiatives.</li> <li>VMware Cloud Platform: VMware ESXi 8.x and 9.x; vSphere; VMware Cloud Foundation; stretched clusters; vSAN; NSX; SDDC; VDC; vRealize Automation; vRealize Operations; vCloud Director.</li> <li>Enterprise Infrastructure: HPE & Cisco Enclosure / Chassis, DL Series Gen11+, Dell VxRail and VMware Ready Nodes; Dell PowerEdge R Series and other hardware platforms.</li> <li>Storage Platforms: Hitachi, Dell EMC VMAX/VNX, HPE Storage, NetApp and Pure Storage; SAN, NAS, NFS, SMB/CIFS, Fibre Channel and iSCSI.</li> <li>Data Centre Engineering: Rack and stack installations;
