Drive portfolio optimisation, prioritisation, and value realisation across all platforms.</p> <p><strong>Enterprise Architecture & Platform Governance:</strong> Establish and govern enterprise architecture standards to ensure integrated, scalable, and secure system design. Provide oversight of solution architecture and ensure alignment across all business systems.</p> <p><strong>Systems Delivery & Lifecycle Governance:</strong> Oversee demand management, prioritisation, and delivery governance to ensure effective system implementation, performance, and lifecycle management. Ensure adherence to SDLC and realisation of business value.</p> <p><strong>Integration, Data & Platform Enablement:</strong> Oversee demand management, prioritisation, and delivery governance to ensure effective system implementation, performance, and lifecycle management. Ensure adherence to SDLC and realisation of business value.</p> <p><strong>People Leadership & Capability Development:</strong> Lead and develop high-performing teams, building critical technical and leadership capability. Drive performance, succession, and a culture of accountability and collaboration.</p> <p><strong>Risk, Compliance & Security Governance:</strong> Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and audit-ready. Oversee risk management, access control, and disaster recovery in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.</p> <p><strong>Stakeholder, Vendor & Financial Management:</strong> Engage stakeholders to align priorities and manage demand.
