POSITION SUMMARY: The Artwork & Labeling Associate serves as the operational lead for packaging, labeling, and artwork execution across multiple branded portfolios. This role manages the end-to-end execution of packaging labeling projects, ensuring approved content, artwork, packaging data, and digital assets move efficiently and compliantly through the workflow. Acting as the central coordinator between Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, Packaging Design, Label Information Owners, Production Artists, Proofreaders, Master Data teams, and external partners, the Artwork & Labeling Associate drives project execution, workflow governance, stakeholder alignment, and asset management to deliver packaging updates accurately and on schedule. information, including Artwork Briefs, copy decks, GTINs, FERTs, ZPCKs, recipes, technical drawings, and reference materials</li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-family:'Segoe ensure Production Artists move, store, and archive approved artwork and labeling assets within D2D, DAM, and related systems</li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-family:'Segoe style="line-height:15.0pt;font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:10.0pt">2+ years of experience in packaging artwork, print production, or graphic/production design</li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of managing cross-functional workflows in a regulated environment</li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-family:'Segoe $70K base salary.
