Sr Key Account Manager POSITION PURPOSE: The position is an individual contributor and the incumbent will be responsible for contributing to scientific awareness of the disease therapy, prescription generation and driving secondary sales of Bayer Pharma Pvt. Ltd. products in institutions, raising demand for products, registration of new molecules and timely payments for supplies. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Chartering new growth avenue: <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drive Business Growth in assigned Institutes by delivering on budgeted sales objective objectives while adhering to organizational policies & interest for executing the role as per supervisory mentorship.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Reviews and discuss his/her plans for achievement of allotted budget for each account and for each month.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Schedule the frequency of calls with Health Care professionals viz. Doctors, Pharmacists and other HCP’s.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Rigorously adheres to coverage plan and frequency.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maps potential of assigned Institutes.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Profiles, prepares HCP’s lists as per business requirements. Plan & prepares interventions for new Doctors conversions.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Work extensively on Generating demand or Indent from prescribers and on liquidating stocks in assigned Institutes.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensures pre call planning for effective outcomes from HCP’s.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Builds consistent, long-term association with KOL’s in assigned Institutes by involving them in Scientific Engagements very regularly.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">In consultations with marketing and medical affairs team executes and plans for conducting scientific awareness meets.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collect and submit insights from the Institutes that can propel growth.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Use technology developments for effective field operations.</li> </ul> Leveraging growth opportunities: <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Responsible for timely participation in tenders resulting in revenue generation.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Initiates and supports in process for registration of newer molecules in niche therapeutic segment.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">To work on demand generation and liquidation of approved Bayer’s molecules in assigned Institutions.</li> </ul> Engaging KOLs/ KTLs: <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maps potential of Institution and develops new KOLs</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Builds sustainable, long term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Key Thought Leaders in assigned Institution.</li> </ul> Collaborating with stakeholders <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborates with trade sales teams to drive demand and recommendations for Bayer’s products</li> </ul> Financial Recovery <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Responsible for ensuring timely payment for supplies made to institutions and adheres to all process requirements especially documentation for the same.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Recovery of EMD’s and Bank Guarantees.</li> </ul> Market Intelligence: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Gathers market intelligence and shares the same with Line Managers for mutual business goals</li> </ul> WHO YOU ARE: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Graduates with 5 years of total sales experience in the Pharmaceutical sector. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience & relationships with key stakeholders in Public institutions and handling of innovative products will be an advantage</li> </ul> Ever feel burnt out by bureaucracy?
