This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering complex relocation projects while ensuring business continuity, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Reporting directly to the <strong>Vice President PMO, CAPEX, ME & Operational Excellence</strong>, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to successfully execute large-scale relocation programs from planning through stabilization.</span></p> <h2 style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Key Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul style="text-align:justify"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Develop project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, and governance structures</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, IT, HR, and external partners</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring robust contingency planning</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Manage equipment transfers, site readiness, commissioning, and operational ramp-up</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and customer requirements</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Manage external vendors, consultants, and contractors</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Drive stakeholder alignment and provide regular updates to senior leadership</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Establish best practices and lessons learned for future transformation initiatives</span></li> </ul> <div> <h2 style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Who You Are</span></h2> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">You are a strategic and results-driven leader who combines strong execution skills with a hands-on approach. You thrive in dynamic environments, can manage ambiguity and competing priorities, and are comfortable working closely with executive stakeholders to deliver business-critical transformation projects.</span></p> <div> <h2 style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">What We're Looking For</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">10+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial projects</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong project management expertise; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an advantage</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, industrial engineering, and customer management</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience working in complex international and matrix organizations</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to influence across functions</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience managing significant project budgets and business cases</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Fluent English communication skills</span></li> </ul> </div> </div><p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong><em>At NORMA Group, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation.
