As we move from development into delivery, maintaining the organisational capability required to safely and successfully operate in a highly regulated environment has never been more important.</p> <p><br>We&apos;re seeking an experienced Nuclear Organisational Capability Lead to take ownership of our LC36 Organisational Capability arrangements, ensuring Sizewell C continues to have the people, structures, skills and governance required to deliver nuclear safety and environmental management responsibilities</p> <p><br>This is a rare opportunity to influence how a nationally significant project manages organisational change, workforce capability and regulatory compliance at scale.<br> </p> <p><strong>What you&apos;ll be doing</strong></p> <p><br>Reporting to the Senior Organisational Capability Manager, you&apos;ll lead a specialist team responsible for organisational capability governance across Sizewell C. You&apos;ll partner with senior leaders across the business, providing expert advice and challenge whilst ensuring organisational changes are robustly assessed, governed and implemented.</p> <p><br><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p> <p><br>Leading Sizewell C&apos;s LC36 Organisational Capability arrangements.<br>Owning the Nuclear &amp; Environmental Baseline (NBEB) and ensuring its accuracy and effectiveness.<br>Leading Management of Organisational Change (MoC) governance and assessment activities.<br>Providing expert advice and coaching to senior leaders on organisation design, capability risk and organisational change.<br>Identifying organisational capability vulnerabilities and developing mitigation plans.<br>Supporting regulatory engagement with the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) and Environment Agency.<br>Driving continuous improvement across organisational capability processes and governance.<br>Contributing strategic insight into workforce planning, critical skills management and organisational resilience.<br> </p> <p><strong>Why this role is different</strong><br> </p> <p>This is not a traditional HR, Organisation Development or Learning &amp; Development role.</p> <p><br>We&apos;re looking for someone who understands how organisational capability underpins safety, compliance and operational delivery in a highly regulated environment.</p> <p><br>You&apos;ll play a critical role in ensuring that organisational decisions support nuclear safety, regulatory compliance and long-term project success. Your work will directly influence how Sizewell C manages capability risks, organisational resilience and strategic workforce planning.</p> <p><br><strong>Who we&apos;re looking for</strong><br> </p> <p>You may currently be working in:</p> <p><br>Nuclear Operations<br>Nuclear Safety &amp; Assurance<br>Organisational Capability / LC36<br>Governance &amp; Regulatory Compliance<br>Major Infrastructure<br>Defence Nuclear<br>Energy, Rail, Aviation or other high-hazard industries<br> </p> <p><strong>You&apos;ll bring:</strong></p> <p><br>Experience working within regulated or high-hazard environments.<br>Expertise in organisational capability, governance, assurance or organisational change.<br>Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.<br>Experience interpreting complex organisational and workforce data.<br>The ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and regulators.<br>A proactive approach to identifying risks, opportunities and improvements.<br> </p> <p>Experience of LC36, organisational capability governance, Nuclear &amp; Environmental Baselines or Management of Organisational Change would be highly desirable.</p> <p><br><strong>Why Sizewell C?</strong></p> <p><br>Sizewell C is one of the largest and most exciting infrastructure projects in Europe, delivering secure, low-carbon energy for generations to come.
