Coatings Discipline Quality Manager Altrad HOC Permanent Job Responsibilities • Support the development of quality management arrangements for deployment across the MEHA organisation for the HK8010 contract scope. • Ensure the implementation of quality management arrangements across the MEHA organisation for the HK8010 contract designated scope of work. • Deputise for the HK8010 Quality Director when required for the HK8010 scope of work • Support the compilation and review of End of Erection Status (EESR) reports and associated records • Manage installation overall surveillance / inspection activities in HK8010 scope of work • Oversee the management of Non-Conformances and deviations in the HK8010 scope of work • Undertake actions to resolve issues relating to the implementation of quality and to bring about improvements, and support others in these actions. Qualifications • BSC in STEM discipline and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor • Broad experience of implementing a variety of quality related solutions on large projects • Proven track record of delivering results to tight timescales and evolving scope • Proven experience of interaction and resolving issues with a wide range of stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment and multi discipline team • Hold a professional accreditation in suitable discipline • Corporate Member or working towards membership of the Chartered • Quality Institute & Chartered Quality Professional • Commercial exposure and experience of contract management arrangements (Preferably NEC 4) Experience • Monitor implementation and effectiveness of quality activities across the HK8010 scope of work • Produce quality partitioning strategy for the HK8010 scope of work • Approve relevant processes, procedures and outputs as required. • Review and comment (Approve?) on EESR's produced in assigned area / scope of work. • Report on quality status for the HK8010 scope of work For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
