<p>The Sizewell C Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.#SZCJobs</p><p> </p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>EPR Fleet Collaboration Project Manager</strong><br><strong>Morson</strong><br><strong>Sizewell C</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Collaboration:</strong></p> <p><br>• Facilitate the sharing of data openly between the UK EPRs while upholding intellectual property protections and adhering to data governance policies.<br>• Identify efficiency-drive opportunities leveraging shared platform technology platforms and surplus Hinkley Point C assets to unlock broader fleet-level benefits.<br>• Support the development of the EPR Fleet legacy learning strategy to drive cost avoidance, schedule adherence, and enhanced safety and awareness.<br>• Support the management the HPC-SZC Collaboration Agreement on behalf of SZC, ensuring effective replication from HPC and collaboration across projects.</p> <p><br><strong>Performance & Compliance:</strong></p> <p><br>• Develop and run the HPC-SZC Collaboration KPIs, ensuring the Collaboration Agreement's contractual obligations are met.<br>• Maintain processes to ensure EPR Fleet Collaboration's operations align with Sizewell C's regulatory and operational requirements.</p> <p><br><strong>Stakeholder Engagement & Management:</strong></p> <p><br>• Build and manage effective relationships across both Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C.<br>• Act as a bridge between the UK EPRs, facilitating best practice sharing and organizational learning.<br>• Support the development and implementation of EPR Fleet Collaboration's internal and external communications plans.</p> <p><br><strong>Continuous Improvement & Best Practice:</strong></p> <p><br>• Identify and drive improvements to EPR Fleet Collaboration performance.<br>• Apply the principles of continuous improvement<br>• Drive lessons learnt and knowledge capturing</p> <p><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p><br>• Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.<br>• Recognised Project Management qualification (APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent) desirable. <br>• Membership of a relevant professional body desirable.</p> <p><br><strong>Experience </strong></p> <p><br>• Proven experience of delivering projects within a complex organisational environment.<br>• Experience of coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with competing priorities.<br>• Experience of managing project schedules, risks, issues, actions and reporting.<br>• Experience of preparing governance materials and supporting senior management decision-making.<br>• Experience within the infrastructure, construction, engineering, energy or nuclear sector would be advantageous.<br>• Demonstrable track record of delivering outcomes through collaboration, influence and effective project management practices.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
