Job Description: The E-Commerce Specialist will support the day-to-day management, optimization and growth of the Group's Other Brands digital business, with a focus on the Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage e-commerce platforms. The role combines business performance analysis, merchandising support, operational execution, catalog management and cross-functional coordination, contributing to product performance optimization, the delivery of excellent customer experience and the achievement of commercial objectives across multiple digital channels. Working closely with Digital, IT, Logistics, Merchandising, Retail Operations and local business teams, the Specialist will support the execution of digital initiatives, monitor business performance and ensure the smooth management of daily e-commerce activities. Strong analytical mindset with experience working with digital KPIs and business performance analysis. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data analysis) Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Adobe, etc.). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Hands-on attitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in e-commerce merchandising and product performance analysis are considered a plus. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams. English B2 or above, both written and spoken.
