It's an exciting time to join the DP World team! <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">About the Role</H2> </div><div>How you will contribute <ul> <li>Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.</li> <li>Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.</li> <li>Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.</li> <li>Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.</li> <li>Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.</li> <li> Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site.
