The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, and optimization of IBM CICS and MQ environments running on IBM z/OS platforms. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, stability, security, and performance of mission-critical online transaction processing systems while supporting customers and internal delivery teams. </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Customization, proactive monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting of the CICS and MQ execute disaster recovery (DR) procedures for CICS and MQ environments, participating in regular DR testing. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li hands-on experience as a Mainframe Systems Programmer for CICS and MQ on z/OS. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Extensive experience with mainframe performance monitors (e.g., BMC AMI Ops, CA Sysview). </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong understanding of CICS and MQ architectural concepts. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to navigate high-pressure, critical-impact outages and deliver clear technical communications
