This role manages engineering projects from conceptualization through implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements. The position works closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to develop engineering solutions, drive project efficiency, and ensure compliance with local and Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or any related Engineering discipline. </span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:12.0pt">Minimum </span><span style="font-weight:bold;font-family:arial;font-size:12.0pt">3 years of experience</span><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:12.0pt"> in engineering, technical projects, CAPEX management, or project management roles.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:12.0pt">Strong project management and project coordination capabilities.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:12.0pt">Experience managing engineering projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:12.0pt">Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of local and global engineering
