Join Our People Team as an Employee Experience Expert BNFL As an Employee Experience Expert BNFL at AB InBev, you will play an important role in delivering HR solutions that contribute to a positive and seamless employee experience. With a focus on efficiency and accuracy, you will help ensure smooth HR operations, assist in employee relations matters, and contribute to improving processes across teams. Your role will be key in maintaining compliance with labor laws and best practices while supporting a positive and structured employee experience. Working closely with People Teams across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands, you will collaborate on HR initiatives, optimize policies, and support employee engagement efforts. By streamlining processes and ensuring HR systems run effectively, you will contribute to a people-focused workplace. Key Responsibilities: • Execute and support core People processes for Belgian, Luxemburg, France & Netherlands Market including hire-to-retire, leave and absence management, organizational changes, and the annual People Cycle, internal mobility etc • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, government agencies and key stakeholders to deliver people processes in compliance with labour law, internal policies, and company standards. • Ensure accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP) and maintain audit-ready documentation. • Provide ongoing employee support by ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding, guiding employees through process or legislative changes, and supporting employee relations matters with a people-first mindset. • Support and deliver change management activities related to process updates, new ways of working, or legislative changes, including employee communication and guidance. • Stay ahead of labour laws and their impact on our workplace, support the implementation of related process or policy updates. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience, automation level and process quality. • Monitor & Analyse process and employee experience KPIs, flag risks, and propose improvements. • Support or lead additional People projects aligned with the Country People Agenda needs.

Qualifications and Technical competencies required: Experience : • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law or related field • Min 2 years of professional experience in HR / People Operations, or Legal & Corporate Affairs. • Knowledge of Belgian labour law and HR practices is a strong advantage.

Technical competencies: • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or Salesforce is an advantage. • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills, ability to approach challenges in a data-driven way

Language skills: • Must be fluent in written and spoken Dutch as well as English.
